Today, Amit Ji Tech delivers cutting-edge, self-hosted digital marketing automation tools to an international client base. This Refund and Cancellation Policy clearly outlines the financial terms surrounding our SaaS lifetime licenses (Demo, Starter, Mailar, Funnel, and Reseller) and our $5/month trial access.
2. The Nature of Self-Hosted Digital Goods
Please read carefully before purchasing: All Funnel AJT products are purely digital, downloadable software assets, complete with proprietary API configurations and encrypted license keys.
Because these intellectual properties are instantly delivered and fully accessible upon successful payment, they cannot be "returned" in a traditional sense. Therefore, refunds are generally not permitted once download access is granted or a software license key is generated. We maintain this strict policy to protect our proprietary codebase from piracy and unauthorized duplication.
3. Strictly Non-Refundable Situations
Under international digital goods regulations, Amit Ji Tech will not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want the software after the purchase is finalized and the license is issued.
- Lack of Technical Skill: Inability to install the software on your server (cPanel/VPS), configure SMTP (SendGrid, Amazon SES), or setup cron jobs, despite our provided documentation. (Note: Funnel AJT is an advanced tool; basic server knowledge is required).
- Incompatibility: Attempting to install the software on non-compliant, severely outdated, or free-tier hosting environments that do not meet minimum PHP/Laravel requirements.
- Subjective Dissatisfaction: Claims such as "I didn't like the UI" or "It didn't work the way I expected." Please utilize the $5/month trial or view our extensive YouTube documentation to evaluate the software before purchasing a lifetime tier.
- Promotional/Bonus Items: Any product purchased during a special discount period or bundled with bonuses.
4. Eligible Refund Scenarios
We process transactions fairly. Refunds will only be authorized under these specific, verifiable conditions:
- Duplicate Transactions: If a payment gateway glitch results in you being charged twice for the same license tier, we will immediately refund the duplicate charge upon verification.
- Non-Delivery of License: If the automated system completely fails to generate your license key or deliver the software download link within 48 hours, and our support team cannot manually rectify the issue.
5. The $5/Month Trial & Cancellation Protocol
For users who opt for the "$5/month 14-Day Free Access" entry tier:
- Cancellation: You may cancel this trial at any time within the 14-day window directly from your Apps Hub dashboard or by emailing our support team.
- Billing Continuation: If you fail to cancel before the 14-day period expires, your payment method will be charged for the agreed-upon subsequent period. Charges resulting from a failure to cancel the trial on time are strictly non-refundable.
For lifetime licenses (Demo, Starter, Mailar, Funnel, Reseller), because the transaction is a one-time fee granting instant lifetime access, no cancellation is possible post-purchase.
6. Chargeback, Dispute, & Fraud Policy
We strongly mandate that customers contact our support desk before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through their credit card provider or PayPal.
- Initiating a chargeback without prior communication is considered a violation of these terms.
- In the event of a chargeback, your Funnel AJT software license will be immediately and permanently revoked, and your access to the Apps Hub will be suspended.
- Fraudulent chargebacks (claiming a transaction was unauthorized after downloading the software) will be legally contested, and the user's IP, domain, and email will be blacklisted across our global network and reported to payment processors.
7. Refund Request Procedure
If you meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 4 (e.g., duplicate billing), please initiate a formal request by following these steps:

- Include your full name, registered email, Order ID / Transaction Reference, and the payment method used (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay).

Our billing department will review the claim and respond within 48-72 business hours. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to banking processing times.
8. Global Jurisdiction & Currency
Amit Ji Tech serves an international clientele. However, all financial disputes and refund requests are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Refunds, when approved, will be processed in the original currency of the transaction, though slight variations may occur due to international banking exchange rates.
